1. Terms of Service

Design and intellectual property: the customer warrants that they have the necessary rights and permission to use any design, model or other content submitted for 3D printing. The customer is fully responsible for checking the applicable license on a design before it is submitted.

3J Print Oudewater is not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from the customer's submission. The customer acknowledges that 3J Print Oudewater is not responsible for copyright infringement caused by printing copyrighted material without the proper rights or permission.

2. Safe Use and Compliance

The customer is responsible for the safe and compliant use of 3D printed products, in accordance with the applicable Dutch laws, regulations and safety standards. The customer acknowledges that they remain responsible for complying with Dutch legislation when submitting designs for printing.

3J Print Oudewater is not liable for injury, damage or other consequences resulting from the use, misuse or improper handling of 3D printed products. 3J Print Oudewater is not responsible for obtaining TüV-, CE- or equivalent approvals for 3D printed parts. The customer bears full responsibility for testing, validating and obtaining all necessary approvals for functional or load-bearing structures before use.

3. Quality and Inspection

Because of the nature of 3D printing technology, minor imperfections may occur. Although 3J Print Oudewater aims for high-quality results, exact dimensional accuracy and finish cannot be guaranteed.

All sales are final, because custom printed products cannot be returned or refunded. The customer must inspect the 3D printed products within 8 days of receipt and report any defects caused by the printing process. Claims for defects must include clear photos and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Material Selection

The customer is responsible for choosing the correct material for the 3D printed products. 3J Print Oudewater provides recommendations based on its knowledge, but the customer must verify for themselves whether the selected material is suitable for the intended use.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

The estimated production time varies depending on order volume, material availability and print complexity. While most orders are completed within 5 working days, delays may occur due to machine maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

3J Print Oudewater is in no event liable for any damage arising from or in connection with the customer's use of the 3D printing service, except insofar as such damage directly results from intent or gross negligence on the part of 3J Print Oudewater.

The customer indemnifies and holds 3J Print Oudewater harmless from any liabilities, claims, damages and costs arising from failure to comply with these Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be submitted to the competent court.

By using the 3D printing service of 3J Print Oudewater, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service.
